Engine Oil

Have a 1994 Honda Accord 2.2 petrol that has two hundred thousand plus on the clock and still running well, what would be the best type of engine oil for a car of this age and mileage, thanks for your time!

A 10W/40 semi synthetic oil, with regular changes including the filter should keep it sweet!

Yes a little oil treatment, we like STP, but it doesn't really matter which one.
