extension

roughly what am i loooking at for an one level extension to the back and side of the property.

it will be L-shaped, 7ft wide next to the house (will be garage), and its will be roughly 40ft to the back of the house, and 30ft wide at the back 10-12ft away fom the house.

need a rough price on how much foundation will cost, bricking and a roof. the internals, decorating, electrics and heating will be done myself.

im contempleting whether to do the extension before moving into new house or at a later date.
