Hi all

Have an empty property which has a vailiant ecotec pro28 which was working fine but has now stopping firing and shows code f29. There's a payg meter and there's credit on it, and checked gas at the hob.

Any ideas on what this could be before I get someone in to fix before I put the property on the market.

Many thanks

has anyone touched the gas isolator on the gas pipe under the boiler?

Check that the gas isolator to the boiler is switched on.
If you are selling the house then you may need to show that the gas appliances have been checked/serviced - so start looking for an rgi to come and check the boiler for you.
