Hi, Ive got a Ferolli Boiler ( no idea what make ) and today ive noticed ive got no hot water or heating and the guage on the front is almost at 0,

Which I thought meant low water pressure and air in the radiators but im not 100% sure.

Can anyone help me out its far to cold for me and the 3 kids at the moment

Thanks

Two round black taps under the boiler.
Unscrew (anticlockwise) gently both of them. You will
hear the water start running). Once pressure is back above 1 bar
screw them closed (clockwise) gently.

Although possible you have a problem if the pressure has dropped to
0. A leaking radiator valve or some other leak somewhere.

Great Thanks for the quick reply,

Would the pressure be low if the heating hasn't been used for a few days ?
Or would it more than likely mean something is leaking ?

Thanks

central heating should be losing any water.
Maybe a bit over a long period a few weeks.
If you fill it and it disappears in a few hours or days there
is a problem.
