Hi there I have a T REG Fiat Punto SX60, I am struggling to get power out of it, I Have had the head done On it, And Its Still Not Much Cop I Get up 2 40MPH And then it reli struggles to go ne further, Any Suggestions On What It Could Be?

have you had the compression checked?
......and the valve timing?
Maybe the timing belt is one or two teeth out of alignment.
