Fitting a remote room thermostat to my Vokera 20e

Looking at fitting a remote room thermostat to my Vokera 20e. Have been told it's an easy job and there is some help on Youtube.
Instalation and service instructions - Looking at section 8 (page 30) in the wiring diagram - where do I find Block 'ME'.
When I find it, am I right in saying I just remove the link and wire the new thermostat to these terminals? I would also take the 240V feed from the Brown and Blue 'L and E' on the same terminal block.
I would mount the new unit 30cm away from the boiler and the thermostat in the lounge.

Please confirm if this sounds OK or am I making it too simple?

and is the programmer fitted to the boiler or seperate?

I don't recognise any of the above.
The programer is separate from the boiler.

I take it you have a hot water cylinder heated by the boiler ?

Yes the hot water is in a tank.
