Why would you want to do that?

Taken out a life insurance policy on the missus by any chance??

Sorry, I don't know much about babies and associated issues.

ermm. for a baby carrier..
have to dissable the airbags if you got the baby in the front seat ( rear facing )..

have you tried the manual for the vehicle? should be in there..
usually a switch at the side of the dash when you open the door ( so it's hidden whilst driving from little hads messing )..

might also be in the glove box or just under the dash in the passenger footwell..

might want to look up how to turn caps lock off too while you're at it..

hi yes sorry its because we have a child and the rear seat , seat belts just are not long enough , stupid car

I don't think you can on these - but it could be worth a chat with a Ford service manager.
Its not the sort of vehicle thats normally used for family transport!
John :)

I think it's a main dealer jobby to plug it into the computer to disable it from the ecu.

there's plenty of articles / forum topics on google about dissabling the airbags, but they were permanent solutions for clearing warning lights etc..
