Dan....................as a result of my original question I have learnt the following from those who have contributed:

You have a degree, can ask your own questions and can't understand why others can't.

Muggles, Madrab and Agile are prepared to answer my question with useful information.

There are many others that want to jump in and add nothing of any value whatsover.
 
I cannot think of anything more boring than teaching the same syllabus every day for 40 years!

A couple of teachers I know get a lot of pleasure and satisfaction from educating and motivating their pupils and seeing them develop. Also a good teacher will always be learning from their pupils.

Question to DIYboy, if you were to "do a Tony" then is the word "Tony" a verb, noun or adjective?

Just as well that some dedicated people will do teaching.

Not so sure what most teachers will learn from their pupils apart from how to misbehave!

Perhaps for context you should link to one of the threads where you avoided direct questions about something you have stated..... The turndown ratio of the Turbomax could be a good one.... ;)

Yeah, we certainly enlightend most of our Teachers in Skool.
Speed, Acid, Es & Charlie. We used these all the time to help them through their day!!
 
Why the rush to get gas registered ? why not be accomplished at plumbing and then move into gas, most I see want the kudos of "instant expert" before they can put a screw in a wall.
 
Apart from getting qualified,which with hard work is possible.

Being confident to talk to customers,having the gift of the gab is very important.

Surely Picasso I've already answered this for you..................he's 23 not 17................there are other things on the horizon ie mortgages etc so although he wants to do it the relaxed n right way real life needs the earnings to ramp up
