Is this your own boiler or for someone else?

Whats wrong with the diverter?

The valve is for myself my divertor valve is not working power is getting to the valve when hot water tap is turned but the valve will not move

Is the actuator failed or the valve itself seized?

I found oneHERE But they do seem to be taking the **** with the price.

Partscenter are even more expensive @ £365.01 + vat and delivery.

You may be able to get one from HERE if it happens to be a giannoni type and you can match it up.
I wouldnt normally recommend a non manufacturers part but this is an exception. Don't expect the same quality but for the saving I say it is worth it.

The diaphragm is there as well if thats all you need.

Its similar to the Isar or baxi 130 motor actuator types, possibly Honeywell made.

We keep a Gem boiler for parts identification purposes.
