Granite worktop quick question please

Hi all

Trying to sort out the plumbing for the kitchen and just realised that the sink cutout is only 8cm from the edge of the wall.

Also, the tap hole cutout is only 5 cm from the sink cutout.

Will that be ok or are they too close together and will crack the granite?

I reckon if the granite survives being transported into place, and its well supported by the cupboard sides (maybe with an extra batten on the back edge of the sink unit all will be fine. The supports need to be dead level though, with an even cushion of silicone all the way round. John

Tap location looks ok. As Burnerman says properly fixed and sealed it will be fine
