I am about to re-grout the first 2 rows around the bath.
As I have a shower over the bath it appears to last about 9 months before it starts to go slightly blackened on some of the first row tiles.
I have always used a combined adhesive/grout product.
Can an expert please advise me if I am using the wrong product.
I would be overjoyed if it lasted say 18months.I just hate the racking out process!!!
Many thanks for any advice.

Hi Graham,
get yourself some Bal microflex wall grout (assuming you want white)
it contains an antibacterial to help to stop mould from developing, i think youll find it will keep its colour alot longer than 9 months.Do you know if you have got a water-proof membrane behind your tiles? It could be that
the mould is coming from your substrate.

Thanks for replying so quickly.
I shall tomorrow obtain the Bal product which you have kindly recommended.
As far as I am aware my bath does have a membrane around it.
With a wife and 2 teenage daughters I think it is just an "overload of water" situation.
Many thanks again.
