Halstead ace / no hot water

Just a quick question regarding the diverter assembly on a halstead ace, as it has pressure sensing pipes,

The pin does not activate the micro switch . would usually just replace the diverter to eliminate call backs but could there be a alternative reason on this model why the pin does not move. Asking as the additional pressure sensing pipes

Simple, usually only the diverter service kit required. Rubber diaphragm perishes, keeping the pressure at both sides of the diaphragm equal, I.e. Diverter does not move.
