Halstead finest boiler safety lockout light

Chaps,
Just done a Small service on my boiler, heat exchange descaling and replace hot water and central heating diaphram and also replace AAV - now safety lockout light coming on when I power up boiler.
The problem appears to be with central heating probe switch not wanting extend when in start phase, nor will it activate when central heating is turned on.

Suggestions and recommendation would be appreciated.

FYI - heat exchange had lots of black crap in it - so may have clogged up diverted value me think?

Are you talking about the pump proving switch?

It's the primary flow switch, which does not appear to be extending (it the ones with 2 violet wires attached to it) definitely not the domestic hot water flow switch.

Crap in there, or the diaphram is split .

Diaphragm are new, but I recheck. As you say thinks it's crap in the diverted value, I'll double check and see what happens. Cheers.
