Morning, i have one of these , it was installed in the house when we moved in and would lock out when the water demand was high. The venturi pipe was cleaned ,this improved things, the pressure switch has been changed, also a thermistor, finally the pcb was swapped for a known good one and the fault is still the same.
The boiler will run with the front cover removed(internal)but when fitted will lock out (solid red light not flashing) Mostly for hot water, but CH too.
