Can anyone help, boiler is working fine on hot water fan/ pump are working and water is hot . When I switch to heating fan runs pump runs and flow gets hot but the return is cold and doesn't really get hot but boiler keeps on running but doesn't lock out on over heat . Pump seems to be working, not sure if sensor fault , any help would be great

Yes flame on all time just no return temp rads just warm but no flow
sounds like it isn't modulating up to full flame on ch. I would guess that it is the thermistor. parts for this boiler are extortionate. think I paid about 35 quid for the last one.
