HELP!!! HAVE NO HEATING OR HOT WATER

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP...MY PILOT LIGHT IS LIT BUT WHEN I TRY TO TURN ON MY HEATING OR HOT WATER IT DOES NOT FIRE UP AND I NOW HAVE NO HEATING OR WATER...ANY IDEAS ANYONE???

It says on the front that it's a MEXICO slimline floor standing boiler. not sure how to find a model number...sorry only just moved into the house and it was already here! dont suppose you can help?

is there power going to programmer ?
is their a lcd display on the programmer ?

Yes there is power going to it and the lcd display is showing fine, i have now got it to fire up but my heating still wont come on and the radiators are still cold...any ideas on this?

thanks very much....that's what you get for moving into a house witht the thermostat in the middle of the front room wall within easy reach of a two year old!!!! WORKING FINE NOW...THANKS
