The stacks non-compliant as well...its not high enough.

And even worse......its an Ideal boiler :(

The others spotted the uphill condensate drain which willo be noice and frozen b say mid January (I nreckon).

Has he left the filling loop connected behind the plasterboard, and is that hole an access for opening and closing it?
 
Flue terminal clearances look a bit suspect as well, 200mm from eaves & 300mm from internal corner, I know you can reduce these down to 25mm but you're only allowed 1 reduction.

is there a bath or shower in the room? i may be wrong but isn't the boiler located in zone 2 and not zone 3, BS.7671 as required by the M.I

edit. nevermind i just looked it up and it's in the right place if that's a washbasin in the pic.
