I have just installed my spa bath and could do with a little help please. It came with no paper work so I'm not too sure about the electric side of things and my consumer unit does not have any free space for another rcd.
So do I need to use one of these small shower consumer units ? Also not sure what it will be rated at ?
I have used 6mm cable which i hope is correct, the spa does not have a heat function so its just for the pump.
thankyou very much and I wish you all a nice day.

ok, here comes the obligatory warning..

electrical work in a bathroom and the provision of new circuits is notifiable work under part P of the building regulations and as such you should notify the LABC and pay the fees before you commence the work.. alternatively you can use a registered electrician who can notify the LABC themselves..

how big is the pump?
