HELP WITH LIGHT SWITCHES

I have 2 lights in one room, one of which is also controlled by a second sewitch. All wires are red, very helpful !

I have tried various combinations and can get the 2way switch to work, but the other one is constantly on - any ideas please?

Is this twin and earth type cable
or
single core wires in circular conduit?
