Hib demisting mirror, lights not working

I need advice on a bathroom demisting mirror. It is a hib celeste and the lights have stopped working so no demisting effect now. The brochure I found online suggests the bulb cannot be replaced. Does that mean we just lose that function or could there be another way to fix it?

Given that the demisting function is via a heated pad and not the LED's it might be that the power to or within the unit has failed - is there a fused spur nearby?

Does the charging socket still work?

There is a sensor that switches the lights on and off. The LEDs may have failed but more likely the sensor has failed.
