We need to replace an old 700mm x 700mm radiator with a more efficient one. Trying to avoid replacing pipework so are restricted to 700mm wide. However the maximum height for standard radiators seems to also be 700mm. The BTUs quoted are too low for the size of our room. I imagine the double convector type will appear much warmer but would ideally like something taller. Are there any other types which provide more heat?

There are loads of radiators bigger but they do tend to cost a lot more and most will not be like ordinary radiators. Click to see Example

There are tripple panel radiators available,an Ultraheat 700w x 900 hi is over 10k btu
