hi have hotpoint wm51 not spinning have fitted new brushes cleaned comm , machine going through full cycle still not spining, this was initial prob help!!!

Is it just not spinning or do you mean the drum doesn't turn at all?
If it's the latter then you could have a faulty motor or timer/pcb.

go on indulge our curiosity what solved the problem.
my guess you did not release the brush clips

not brush clips small rug inside drum causing imbalance
