Hi, I have a Hotpoint WF840 washing machine. It has a hot and cold water input on the back of it. When the machine is washing, the combi boiler is continually cycling due to the short intermittent draws of water, on most ocassions only just firing before stopping as the water stops being drawn. I daresay the continuous cycling isn't doing the boiler any good. Would it be OK to put a "Y" connector on the cold feed and have two cold feed and rely on the machines element to do the work as the boiler isn't even getting the chance to even begin heating the water before the demand is cancelled
