HOTPOINT WM34 CLOTHES DIRTY

CAn someone please help me. MY washing machine has developed a very very loud noise when on the spin cycle - I can here it through three closed doors.

When the cycle has ended the clothes have bits of either metal/plastic on them which is a silvery black colour and it is marking the clothes. HELP !! I havnt a clue what is wrong??

Bearings have gone and drum has dropped. Every time it turns it's damaging other parts.

Oh right?? What would you suggest I do, obvoiusly I should stop using it. Will it be repairable and if so how much do you think it will cost me?? Thanks you so much for replying.

Certainly repairable. As to price, sorry, no idea. You'd have to get an engineer in to assess the damage and price it up.
