To emulsion the bedroom you mentioned;
A...Coat of emulsion to walls.
B...Pop the kettle on.
C...Have a cup of tea and a biscuit.
D...2nd coat emulsion to walls.
E...Have your dinner.
F...Have a tidy up.
G.. Get your gloss ready and prepare woodwork.
H...Pop the kettle on and tea and a biscuit.
I...Gloss to woodwork.

All done in the day
emulsion..Gallon £30...gloss...fivers worth...=£35
Now the day rate...£100 ish therefore £135
You might take two days to begin with til you speed up but still £135ish as you're day rate at present is low
These are Manchester prices but Londoners might charge £200 ish all in..

pole sand walls and ceilings
Sealing blue tack stains, water stains, marmite and god knows what else and standing like a plumb peeling sellotape off doors and walls
Fill knocks, holes and dents in walls and ceilings, sand down and spot prime
Filling and rubbing down trim(prep)?, sanding, dusting off and undercoating
Abrading and dusting off between coats
Protecting work area
Cleaning up brushes and sleeves
Gear in
Gear out
