how to reset a guardtec 300 series alarm ?

evening , i own a property with a guardtec 300 series alarm installed .
i letted it for a few years .
now it,s become empty .
the last 3 x tennants all no the alarm code !
any ideas what i do to put in a new code ?

Enter old code.
Scroll to UC
Press Yes
Then 1
Enter new code and press Yes.
Do the same again.
Press 0

Job done.

Blimey if I got any better I could do alarms for a livin..................ahh I do :p

theres only numbers 0 - 9
and yes and no
on front panel ?

Eneter code and press NO until you come to UC.

Enter user code , then press NO before entry time expires , then
press NO until the option you require is flashing , in your case PROGRAM ,
press YES , enter new code ,
press YES , enter code a second time ,
press YES then press 0 to leave program mode.

Yes , from the OPs first line , I would guess its a 300 series alarm panel , not the 370 , but notice how I don't try to belittle you :LOL: .

Also notice I had and my error forgotten about the 300.
So old now.

So in all fairness, apperciate your restraint.
