Ideal mini C28 pressure relief valve

I need to replace this part on my Ideal boiler. Is it just a case of draining the system down, unfastening the pipe that leads to the outside and then unscrewing the valve from the rest of the boiler???

I am also replacing the automatic air vent. Does this just unscrew from the plastic housing at the back of the pump?? Don't want to crack the plastic so thought i would check first?
