Dear forum members,
We have Worcester 28i junior boiler installed by British Gas (BG) 20 month ago and have been facing a leakage problem for the last few weeks (see this thread), suspecting that pressure relief valve (PRV) is faulty , and today when a gas engineer from our insurance company came to replace the PRV he discovered that expansion vessel (EV) was not connected. He classified it as "incorrect installation" and said this will void our insurance policy. He also suggested to contact BG asap and get this fixed.
Now, as it's been 20 months ago and we don't have any policy with BG anymore - whom shall we call to get this fixed? Does BG have a special department that deals with such cases?
Thank you
