Indesit IDL 40 dishwasher heating issue

Hi

I Have an indesit IDL 40 dishwasher that has stopped heating the water with no error codes.(flashy light thing).

I have metered out the element showing 34 ohms
and the termistate showing 0.2 ohms

everything i can find online says this is correct.

the wiring looks ok but just visually checked this.

Any ideas
