Intercom doorphone connections

I am replacing my intercom phone (2 way speaker and door release), but the existing connections are puzzling me with how they should look in the replacement phone.
In the attached, there are 4 wires connected, to a connector with 5, 7, 8, 9 as their names.
All the new phones I've looked at have connections labelled I, R, O, T, Z.

My question, what goes where from my existing wiring to the new phone?

It appears you have a BTP YC200 handset.
I believe a BPT AGT A200K would be a direct replacement.

And if you want the privacy light to illuminate on the handset you need to connect an extra wire from the psu ( 12v + )
