Internal wall elbow for toilet

I want something like this that is mountable onto a studwall, or with a flat plate that slides over the top, why can't I find these anywhere in the normal shops? Help?

Don't really understand what you're asking.

Is it

a) The fitting you've shown isn't quite what you're looking for

or

b) You can't find that fitting in "normal shops"?

Hi guys sorry about delay, I couldn't see what Dean has posted there.

I want an elbow like in the picture that connects to the flexible hose to the cistern

Like this? It has a service valve on the end and connects straight to the hose, I can't seem to find anything like this anywhere it's driving me mad, perhaps they are called something special?

Plus chrome plate + filling loop or flex hose, just file one end flat.

82153 90° CP Isolating something special Valve 15mm. Its full bore I wont fit anything less.
