My wife and I recently bought some gnomes for our garden. Whilst sitting the happy chappies next to the pond I was alarmed to discover that NONE of them had a sticker indicating their IP rating. Unbeleivable. B&Q shall hear about this.

Be careful when you connect power to these guys. They take a tremendous amount of electricity as they have no resistance.

That is why they are called no ohms.

If they are operated on a voltage less than 24volt from a suitable power source then an IP rating is not necessary.

As long as you earth their fishing rods you should be ok

im reporting them to the gnome office (well someone had to get that one in)

When is a Gnome not a Gnome?

When he's got his head up a Fairy's dress he's a Goblin!
