There is no washer ,that tap has ¹/⁴ turn ceramic disc valves.
Changing the complete valve is usually required ,and best to replace both hot and cold valves.

When you get the valve out, it might be worth soaking it in kettle descaler, citric acid, or lemon juice - often the reason they drip, is because of the build-up of lime scale in the valve.
