LAYING DPM TONIGHT FOR BI TOMORROW

Hi

Sorry for urgent post - need to quickly check a couple of things if anyone is about with answers!

BI is checking DPM tomorrow on top of new concrete floor. We have laid (as specd by architect) 150mm hardcore, 150mm concrete. Next up is the DPM on top of sand bed (after which BI is checking - booked for tomorrow) and then Jabfloor insulation followed by screed.

QUSTION: DOES DPM NEED TO TIE INTO WALL RATHER THAN JUST OVERLAP FLOOR? AND IF SO IS IT ABOVE OR BELOW THE DPC?

I have seen posts on here suggesting both, and so would like to clarify before making a c**k up!

Don't I know it! I've been trying to get hold of him all day... EDIT just spoken to him, he says it doesn't matter... if he's happy, I'm happy!
