Low hot water pressure after heating cylinder

I have a vented hot water cylinder and a whole house pump for both hot and cold water. I heat the cylinder overnight. In the morning the hot water pressure is quite low, but the pump is running! I turn the hot water taps on and off for a few minutes and then the pressure return to normal and keeps the pressure normal all day. If I do not get the pressure back it is impossible to take a shower.

Andy ideas on the cause of the low pressure?
