alright all

done a job for a client i reposistiond two lights but i am unable 2 put the lighting circuit on the rcd side of the ccu because of borrowd neutral ect can i still isue a minor works cert even though i cant put a rcd on the circuit?

the client dosent want me to sort it out can i put this under limertations

If you were re-positioning lights and didn't create any new cable drops then RCD protection would not be required (even then I think the new amendments will allow flexibilty depending on circumstances)

The borrowed Neutral needs sorting as soon as, but if the customer won't pay for it to be remedied then you need to note it and leave a note at the CU or better still swap the relevant feeds on to the same OPD
