Mira shower problem

I have a mira sport shower that was installed about 4 years ago, the other day it tripped out mid shower. We reset it thinking it was just a blip! It's worked fine for two days, then this morning it wouldn't work at all. The light is on at the pull switch but the standby light as not on at the actual shower unit. Is it time to buy a new one or could it be a simple problem I can look for?

Isolate the circuit at the CU and check all connections to the switch and inside the shower.

Then, with the cover still off and the power back on, you can check that the supply is reaching the shower unit. If it is, then call Mira or just buy a new shower; if not then leave the shower alone and trace the wiring fault.

PS You do have a multimeter and know how to use it safely, don't you?
