My Inlaws just moved house and they have gravity hot water.

Inch pipes to a new hot water cylinder.

The boiler doesn't look that old..dunno though, its a ideal on the floor.

They have no controls at all, only the programmer.

How easy is it to update a system like this with zone valves etc?

Also radiators get warm when just hot water is on..only the upstairs ones...whats going of there?

I would find it easy. How much experience and knowledge do you have?

Convection is going on there.

Mods - do you have nothing better to do than that?

So now you want thanks for interfering with our posts

I might find the persistent interferences of the mods easier to accept if they would use a more normal username instead of the secret police approach.
