need help to set up texecom Comip in 24w panel

Can someone please guide me on how to set up com ip using keypad. I have fully functional system with gsmcom.
An engineer that set it up all did not know how to do it so i ended up with half functioning system

What do you want to use it for are you free now?

got to com port setup
select comp-ip

if its on com1 thats all that needs doing, if its on com2 you will need to adjust the digi speed of the com.

To use the app/ upload download via wintex you need to do a few other things.

Who is your internet provider, what router/modem do you have as you will need to do port forwarding?
