new programmable thermostat

got a combi boiler which has a clock to set for on off and a room stat in my lounge

what i wanted to do was to remove the room stat and put in a digital programmable stat so i can set it to come on at different times of the day on different days

can i do this? if i turn the clock on the boiler on all day will my room stat override this according to the programing?

was looking at an AUbe stat, should i got for the 135 or 140?

got a 132 in bathroom for underfloor heating and works great
