I have a downstairs cloakroom which has a tiolet and hand basin. I have just had a shower fitted in there as well.
I would like to get a certificate to say the electrics in the house are good, as I may need to rent it out in the future.
What electrical configuration do I need to have installed in the room; I think it will need a fan that comes on when you pull the light cord. It currently has an independant fan with a pull cord but it's not connected to the light. (The existing fan is connected to the ouside via a duct).
