Wonder if anyone could suggest a few pointers as to what is going on here.
Turned central heating off a few weeks ago (ie now on hot water only). Over the past week, it's taken longer and longer until hot water appears at the tap. It's now not even hot, just warm. Last night, running the hot tap resulted in the overheat light. Despite resetting it and leaving it to settle, there was still no improvement. I think the issue is a combination of the diverter valve and the hot water thermostat but it's the gradual deterioration in service that puzzles me most.
Any advice gratefully received.
