No hot water from Mira Sprint Shower

Help,

I turned on the shower yesterday and it was unusually cold so I moved the dial further along. The water began to spluter and then the power tripped. Put the power back on and then shower. Now red light on but no hot water from shower?

Please adivse someonw!!!
