Opel vivaro 2,5 cdti 2006 engine problems

Hello.
I have one question about the engine in opel vivaro 2. 5cdti, namely our problem is thath, the engine in smaller rpm does not have any power when the turns reach over 2500 rpm then the car goes almost normally. This problem arose when we replaced the injectors, before that the car was running normally, but we changed them just for prevention. And we have also renewed the engine head, a new head gasket and a renewed turbo.And we have also noticed that it has quite a lot of fuel average consumption per 100km, it has about 10l.

It could be a bit of a mine field this one, but what condition was the EGR in when you had the engine in bits?
There could be an issue with turbo boost pressure too - did you replace the old one with the exact part?

The EGR is also new.
The old turbo thath what it was on the engine, has been restored.

They don’t need to be coded.

Maybe check the timing is ok.

I was under the impression that the injectors need to be coded, unless the new ones had exactly the same serial number engraved on them?
Anyway, is the tick over good, and is there any black smoke present when the engine is down on power?

Fairly sure the injectors need coding.

We checked to see if it was possible to encode injectors, but we did not find this feature anywhere in the diagnostic tool to encode injectors.
The engine has a stronger voice than it had before, and yes, when the engine does not have power, black smoke appears.

Black smoke in a diesel normally relates to lack of air, check the turbo as well as the timing.

I using launch pro 5 diagnostic tool.

I should there a Bosch diesel specialist nearby?
Although many important parts have been replaced, we don’t really know if they are operating correctly.
Your smoky symptoms are so reminiscent of an EGR valve not doing it’s job, likewise the throttle body which will be filthy if not reconditioned.
I’d also like to see if the turbo is operating correctly .
A specialist will also be able to check the injector rail pressure, likewise the pressure differential within the DPF.
