The F4 fault is not fixed, contrary to your information. F4 in Viessmann terms can mean almost anything. The original F4 I think you are referring to was a combi/system boiler PCB issue.
At the moment, we have a send me a private mail% fault rate on Viessmann 100s installed over the past 24months, not acceptable at all. We see almost 2% out of Vaillant in a similar period for instance.
And , CroydonCorgi (we are also Croydon Corgis) we have Gas Work Notified (GWN) every job since this became mandatory, it includes every Viessmann.
Viessmann have lost a couple of very high profile council contracts over their 100 series not being as good as they should be. Let's hope they improve.
