paint over floor tiles??

Wanting to paint over the floor tiles in my bathroom - they are not in need of replacing, but I hate the colour...can I do so with with a special floor paint of some sort??
If grout is deteriorating, should I fix this first as well?
your help would be greatly appreciated.

Just logged on to ask the very same question. Not had any success with local outlets. Is it too much to expect that wall tile paint will stand up to the job? Just renovated all bathrooms and laundry room but can't face the thought of replacing floor tiles. Help needed please.

The tile floor paint are available in the UK, always best to go to paint shop instead of the diy shop.

I have been trying for ages via the net to locate a paint manufacturer who does floor tile paint. Everyone say "not suitable for ceramic floor tiles". Do you have any recommendations as to make ?
