Painting over Filler

Help!!! (please)

Has anyone got any tips on covering filer without it showing through? Lots of ofiller on the wall and using a silk finish but even though its really well sanded it looks terrible when light is shining on it...

Any tips?

Don't use silk. It will always look awful.

what if your using matt?

Matts fine..thin it a bit first so it soaks into the porous filler..if you rolling the walls touch it up with a radiator roller then paint the whole wall again...you cant get away with just touching up and leaving it.
