Is it possible to use panel showers with a combi system? There are a few at Screwfix - here - all of which claim to work with combi boilers provided that the pressure is about 1.5bar. I have a Worcester Bosch unit - I think it's a 24i, and so would supply hot water at about 9.5 litres per minute through 15mm pipe, and my domestic supply is a nice high pressure. Are Screwfix correct in saying that these products will work with such a system? If I got the manual, rather than thermostatic system, would I need a pressure equalising valve - here

Thanks for any advice.

They are probably correct, phone them and get it confirmed.
The quoted pressure is probably the minimum it will work on, it may not be as impressive as hoped.

You will need to get the pressure checked by way of a meter guessing could be expensive.

No you shouldnt need a balancer as the hot water is fed from the mains supply
