Now who can guess what these three 3 phase control panels are for :?:

They are at a site, which I was working at this week, & last week. There are six control panels on this site

This is the inside of the control panel in the 2nd picture, which controls 2 things:(The 2 swFCUs are live when the control panel is isolated)

You are right about it being a store, but wrong about what is in it.

There are 6 stores in this building.

From experience I'd say coldstores or chillstores.

The 2nd picture shows refrigerant lines below the panels.

The clocks on the panel fronts are probably defrost clocks.

Any Star-Delta starters?

What are the two 'live after isolated' fcus for?

Lighting?
Heated door seals?
Drain line heater tapes?
Evap drain pan condensate pumps?

yeah, at the top right, next to the FCU's.. can't you tell?

and the breakers say "fridge" on them

The panels are for the 6 coldstores at a Coldstorage warehouse at Paddock Wood.

I was at the site last week & this week doing the maintance on the coldstores.

Yes you are correct the timers are for the defrost heaters.

The FCU is for the crank case heater which turns on when the plant is isolated to keep the oil warm.

or crank case heaters as us in the trade call them.. ( we make large air con's for supermarkets and data exchanges )

they keep the oil warm and help any refrigerant to evaporate out of the oil..

Here are some pictures of the refrigeration plants.

The compressers for: Store A & Store B:

Great pics...

Belt driven Bitzers (or APV Hall) 6-cyl recips?

Of course, crankcase heaters...

Worked on loads of Bitzers, direct driven, usually 4-cyl recips with a 22kw motor bolted on. Those were the days... along with the ammonia screws...

What temp are these fruit stores at? 5-7 degrees?
