Hi,

Need some urgent help as I have no heating :(

I've got a Servowarm Elite boiler and the pilot light wont stay on. I can ignite it but as soon as I release the button (after holding it in for a minute) the flame goes out. I've checked the "over-heat" reset button and its in.

Is there anything I can clean \ tweak to get this working? I'm happy to butcher the thing if it means getting it going!

S0ds law I have 3 plumbers lined up next week to give me quotes to replace it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Its on!

No idea why it took 20+ attempts. Fingers crossed I hangs on for another week or two :)

Sounds like it nneds a service, but if your getting a new condenser put in. Heck not worth it!

Do NOT fiddle with it.
The pilot goes off because the safety engages; it's there for a reason.
